Location: Eby Centre

Summary of services: Provides a language based pre-school program for community children.

• Classes run in the morning or afternoon for 2 ¼ hours
• Classes are combined for 3 year olds and 4 year olds
• Classes are integrated with approximately half the children being in the Supported Child Development Program.
• Parents are welcome to remain with their child until they are comfortable being left.
• Program includes a variety of activities in the areas of language, gross motor and fine motor development including gym, art, circle time and free time.
• Snack is provided

Catchment area: Terrace and area

Caseload limit: 20 children per class. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by the end of December.

Funding: Pre-school program is funded through parent fees.

Registration: Preschool Registration for 2008 - 2009 year [ commencing September 2008] will be on Monday April 7 commencing at 8:30 am for everyone.
